I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll get a reset link. Tap the link from your phone — it'll open Piiq directly so you can set a new password.

Why aren't there places in my city?

Piiq is currently San Francisco only. We're expanding to more cities over time.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → side menu → profile → delete account. Or email hello@thepiiq.com and we'll handle it for you.
